Interested parties that have signed & returned a non-disclosure agreement will be provided with a full Information Memorandum as well as Expression of Interest (EOI) form and process of this EOI along with key dates and timeline.
Submit questions
Interested parties to submit questions arising from their review of the Information Memorandum.
Offers
After the review of EOI submission forms interested parties will be notified and invited to take part in a short due diligence of the rent roll, and then final and firm offers to be completed.
Contract exchange
Successful bidder will then be notified and proceed to Heads of Agreement/Sales Advice and exchange of contracts ASAP.
